This might be the first time in my life that I’m really truly looking forward to fall. And like all the fall things. Photography is so much more enjoyable to do. The sunrises are late enough that I get a peek at them. Nothing quite gets me like the sky painted in an array of fall colors. I love throwing on a hoodie and stepping outside in the crisp cool air to go for a morning coffee. Seeing the leaves changing from green to pink, orange, and red. Buying all my favorite Halloween candy. Baking all the delicious fall things. Visiting the apple orchards and pumpkin patches. Driving around town to see the houses decorated for Halloween. Painting pumpkins to decorate the porch. Having pumpkin cream cold brews from Starbucks. Or iced pumpkin white mocha from caribou! New fav. Having the feeling that all good things are coming. I love that I live somewhere that has all four seasons.
