I love a good simple basic smoothie. Lately, this one has been my go to afternoon pick me up. A healthy snack between lunch and dinner!
All you need is about 6-8 OZ pineapple juice. I use those little Dole cans. Add in one cup overflowing with frozen organic mango chunks. Then add in one medium size banana. Blend it all up until smooth and you’re good to go!
